photovoltaic testers supports measurements of up to 400V and 20A, with a maximum capacity of 8000W for PV modules or strings. It utilizes a four-wire connection method and incorporates an irradiance meter and temperature sensor to capture environmental parameters, enabling the rapid generation of I-V curves. It is ideally suited for power plant operations and maintenance (O&M) as well as third-party testing.

photovoltaic testers is a portable PV testing device designed to capture key parameters—such as open-circuit voltage, short-circuit current, and maximum power—of PV modules and arrays under natural sunlight, facilitating comprehensive I-V characteristic testing. Featuring an integrated, compact design, the device is easy to carry and operate, with a clear user interface and a streamlined testing workflow. A single module or string can be tested in just 10 seconds, and data can be exported with a single click, significantly reducing the time required for manual on-site recording.

Equipped with a high-precision capacitive-resistive load and a high-speed irradiance acquisition module, photovoltaic testers comes with dedicated I-V curve analysis software. It provides high-resolution data analysis and supports continuous, uninterrupted I-V scanning, meeting the full-scale testing requirements of PV power plants. The measurement range covers 5V to 400V and 0.5A to 20A, with a nominal power testing range of 2.5W to 8000W. The four-wire connection method minimizes measurement errors caused by lead resistance, ensuring data stability.

During on-site testing, the built-in high-precision irradiance meter and temperature sensor simultaneously capture solar irradiance and module temperature, recording these alongside electrical test data. This facilitates subsequent conversion to Standard Test Conditions (STC), providing a unified baseline for comparison across different lighting conditions. The device is well-suited for daily power plant inspections, troubleshooting, incoming quality inspections, and third-party acceptance testing. Balancing high measurement accuracy with operational efficiency, it serves as an essential performance-testing instrument for PV engineering and O&M.
