Fengtu's Online Dust Particle Counter is designed and calibrated in accordance with the national standard GB/T6167-2007 and calibration specification JJF1190-2008. Key indicators such as measurement range, accuracy, and repeatability all strictly meet the standards, effectively ensuring the precision and reliability of monitoring data.
The system can simultaneously measure the number of dust particles in six particle size channels (0.3μm, 0.5μm, 1.0μm, 3.0μm, 5.0μm, and 10.0μm) with a single sampling, comprehensively covering various pollution particles that may appear in electronic production environments. Through the real-time dynamic display function, the number of particles in each size channel and their changing trends are intuitively presented, enabling relevant personnel to promptly detect fluctuations in environmental cleanliness. For example, in a semiconductor chip manufacturing workshop, when an abnormal increase in particles occurs, workers can respond quickly to investigate the pollution source and avoid impacts on chip production.
