Shandong Fengtu offers integrated, high-precision weather observation equipment designed for low power consumption. It supports 4G connectivity and sensor expansion, operates on solar power, and features an IP66 protection rating. The system is designed for rapid deployment in various fields—such as agriculture, environmental protection, marine research, and campus environments—to facilitate outdoor monitoring.

The high-precision weather observation equipment from Shandong Fengtu utilizes a highly integrated hardware architecture. It features low overall power consumption and a simple installation process, making it ideal for stable, long-term monitoring of meteorological elements in outdoor environments. The complete system consists of five components: meteorological sensors, a data collector, a solar power supply system, a mounting mast, and a cloud platform. Basic debugging is performed at the factory, allowing for quick on-site setup without the need for complex calibration, thereby shortening project construction timelines.

Equipped with a low-power data collector—which consumes less than 1mA in a static state—the device can operate continuously for extended periods using solar power. It comes standard with 4G connectivity and supports optional Bluetooth or wired transmission, ensuring compatibility with various on-site network environments. A Modbus RS-485 interface is included, allowing for the connection of additional sensors to expand the range of monitored parameters according to specific project requirements. The solar power module incorporates Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) technology, which enhances solar energy utilization efficiency and ensures a consistent power supply even during overcast or rainy weather.

The hardware configuration includes a three-meter carbon steel mast, designed with a two-section, flange-connected structure for easy on-site assembly and robust stability. The protective enclosure is crafted from stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion and oxidation resistance. With an IP66 ingress protection rating, the unit is shielded against rain and dust, making it well-suited for complex outdoor climates. The system features an integrated SMS alarm function; if monitored values exceed preset thresholds, the device automatically sends an alert to designated mobile phone numbers, enabling staff to stay promptly informed of any meteorological anomalies. Additionally, a 7-inch Android touchscreen (version 4.4.2) is available as an optional accessory. It is powered by a quad-core Cortex™-A7 processor and includes 512MB of RAM and 4GB of storage, facilitating convenient on-site viewing of monitoring data. This meteorological observation equipment is suitable for a wide range of applications, including operational weather observation, agricultural production monitoring, forestry ecological monitoring, environmental atmospheric monitoring, marine environmental observation, meteorological data collection at airports and ports, field scientific research, and educational outreach on campuses. Featuring a compact design and requiring minimal maintenance, the equipment can reliably collect meteorological data over long periods at remote field sites—even where mains power is unavailable. Data is uploaded to a dedicated cloud platform, allowing administrators to remotely view and export monitoring records, thereby providing a reliable foundation of data for project management and analysis.
