Online dust particle counter in Clean Manufacturing Environments
Article source:Weather station time:2025-11-04 09:33:46 viewed:647times
In pharmaceutical, electronics, food processing and other industries, workshop air cleanliness directly affects product quality and safety. Airborne dust particles may carry microorganisms, chemical contaminants, or directly damage precision components. Dust particle monitoring provides quantitative basis for evaluating clean environments by measuring the number and size distribution of suspended particles in unit volume of air, ensuring that production environments comply with international and national clean standards such as ISO 14644 and GMP.
The Online dust particle counter FT-CLZ1 is an intelligent dust particle counter specially designed for environmental monitoring in clean areas. It can simultaneously analyze particle counts in six different size channels (0.3μm, 0.5μm, 1.0μm, 3.0μm, 5.0μm, and 10.0μm) in a single sample, displaying their distribution and variation trends in real-time for comprehensive assessment of air cleanliness quality.
The instrument operates based on the light scattering principle: when particles in the air pass through a laser beam, they scatter light and generate light pulse signals, which are converted into electrical signals. By analyzing these signals, the number and size of particles can be obtained. The core sensor effectively eliminates stray light interference inside the cavity through special design, improving signal-to-noise ratio and making measurement results more accurate and reliable.
The FT-CLZ1 integrates multiple practical functions, with built-in temperature, humidity and ambient pressure sensors for simultaneous environmental parameter monitoring. Equipped with an Android intelligent operating system, it supports audible and visual alarms, automatic UCL calculation, and automatic cleanliness level determination. Data can be transmitted via Wi-Fi, network cable or USB drive, and supports cloud platform analysis for long-term trend tracking and management of cleanliness. This instrument has been widely used in pharmaceutical, semiconductor, food processing, aerospace and bioengineering fields, providing efficient and reliable solutions for compliance testing and quality control of clean rooms (areas).
