Dust Monitoring Equipment is a fully functional environmental monitoring solution, consisting of five core components: an online particulate matter monitor, a data collection and transmission system, a video surveillance system, a backend data processing system, and an information monitoring and management platform. These five modules work together to enable comprehensive monitoring and management of fugitive dust pollution.
The system is deeply integrated with three key technologies: the Internet of Things (IoT), big data, and cloud computing. By leveraging online light scattering monitors, cameras, five-parameter meteorological data collection devices, and dedicated collection and transmission equipment, it builds an efficient monitoring system. This system enables real-time, remote, and automatic monitoring of particulate matter concentrations in the air, breaking through the temporal and spatial limitations of traditional monitoring methods and enhancing the timeliness and coverage of monitoring.
The system primarily uses 3G networks for data transmission and also supports wireless (GPRS) or wired transmission, ensuring that monitoring data is stably and rapidly transmitted to designated platforms. After transmission, the data can be accessed on various terminals such as intelligent mobile platforms and industrial computers, allowing staff to check monitoring conditions anytime and anywhere.
The system can accurately measure a range of key air quality indicators, including PM2.5, PM10, TSP, noise, atmospheric pressure, temperature and humidity, as well as wind speed and direction. The detected data undergoes professional analysis and secure storage via collection and analysis equipment, providing reliable data support for subsequent environmental assessments and decision-making.
The processed data analysis is also sent to the data receiving platform of the management center and released in real time through various display terminals such as LED large screens, enabling relevant personnel to grasp the current air quality promptly. This system has a wide range of application scenarios and can be effectively adapted to places such as park scenic spots, public squares, industrial parks, factory workshops, schools, scenic spot visitor centers, stations, hospitals, parking lots, shopping malls, residential areas, hotels, and government institutions, providing strong support for air quality monitoring in different scenarios.
