A Dust detector is an environmental monitoring device used for real-time monitoring of particulate matter concentration in the air. It integrates technologies such as particulate matter online monitors, meteorological parameter sensors, data acquisition boards, and information platforms, becoming an open pollution source online monitoring terminal.
According to data, in China's environmental pollution, dust accounts for 28% of pollution sources and is one of the main factors of current air pollution. This dust mainly comes from unorganized pollution sources such as road dust, construction dust, and stockyard dust.
Traditional dust detection methods mainly involve manual sampling and analysis, which are inefficient and waste a lot of manpower and material resources. To address this challenge, an online dust monitoring system was developed, achieving the transformation from manual monitoring to 24/7 automatic monitoring.
The Dust detector developed by Fengtu Technology adopts the laser scattering measurement principle: when light irradiates particles suspended in the air, scattered light is produced. Under certain particle properties, the scattered light intensity is proportional to its mass concentration. By measuring the scattered light intensity and applying the mass concentration K value, the particle mass concentration can be obtained.
Fengtu Technology's monitoring equipment integrates multiple sensors and can simultaneously monitor environmental factors such as PM2.5, PM10, TSP, noise, ambient temperature, humidity, wind speed, and wind direction. The PM measurement range is 0-1000μg/m³, with a resolution of 1μg/m³ and a measurement error of ±10%.
Fengtu Dust detector is mainly suitable for construction sites, demolition sites, coal mines, industrial parks, communities, urban environments and other areas. The equipment supports 24-hour continuous operation and has an over-limit alarm function that can send early warning information to designated mobile phones in a timely manner.
These monitoring systems form an important part of "Internet + environmental governance". Through real-time, remote, and automatic monitoring of particulate matter concentrations, they provide effective supervision means for environmental protection departments, greatly saving monitoring costs and improving management efficiency.
