The Rain, Snow and Wind Monitoring Mini Weather Station is a specially designed device for monitoring meteorological conditions, which is capable of real-time measurement and recording of a number of meteorological parameters such as temperature, humidity, wind speed, wind direction, and precipitation (including rain and snow).
It integrates advanced data transmission and monitoring functions and is connected to a computer via an RS485 interface, which not only monitors the meteorological data in real time, but also displays and stores these data independently. The weather station is also equipped with 4G wireless transmission allowing telemetry over long distances or at different locations. Each monitoring point is installed with a wireless communication port, enabling the computer at the central station to uniformly monitor and integrate data from the entire monitoring network.
The management software of the automatic weather station is highly compatible, capable of displaying each channel of data in real time, with an adjustable update frequency, and can be set to store data automatically at the whole point of each hour. The software also supports storing data in EXCEL format, which is convenient for other software to call, and the storage capacity is enough to save more than one year's data. The data collector adopts a high-performance microprocessor and large-capacity memory, capable of continuously storing data for more than three months, and even in the event of a power cut, it can rely on solar power to maintain operation for more than 72 hours.
China has a long history of agriculture, but meteorological disasters have also brought considerable losses to agriculture, which may amount to tens of billions of dollars annually. To reduce these losses, it is critical to monitor weather changes in real time. Installing a weather monitoring system can help us do this. By monitoring information such as temperature, humidity, and rainfall, farmers can better plan their farming activities and guard against possible weather disasters in advance, thus protecting their crops and reducing losses.
