Dust Monitoring Equipment is an industrial-grade air quality monitoring device. Connected to a cloud-based environmental monitoring platform, it is mainly used for real-time monitoring and control of dust pollution at construction sites. The working environment of this device is clearly calibrated: it can operate normally within a temperature range of -40~70℃ and a humidity range of 0-100%RH.

The system has comprehensive functions, enabling real-time, automatic, continuous and remote monitoring of multiple parameters such as PM2.5, PM10, TSP, sound, temperature, humidity, wind speed, wind direction, wind force and air pressure. Its working mechanism is to collect environmental parameter data through sensors. The frequency of data collection is set automatically, and the effective transmission rate can reach more than 99%. Moreover, the system has data storage capacity and supports the export of offline data. In terms of data transmission, it can either upload data in real time or at regular intervals. When downloading data, the data will be automatically synchronized to the cloud platform, and it also supports exporting data from the cloud platform, without affecting real-time detection during the whole process.

The system is equipped with an outdoor LED display. The collected data is transmitted to the monitoring platform through 4G network. After the platform stores, processes, analyzes and sorts out the data, the results will be converted into detailed data and chart information, which will be displayed in real time on the cloud background and the terminal LED display.

The system can carry out statistical analysis on the historical monitoring data of noise and dust. Due to its characteristics of real-time performance, accuracy, intelligence and convenience, it can detect abnormal conditions in time, speed up the response speed, improve the accuracy of dust monitoring, reduce errors, and thus save human and material costs.

In addition, the system is equipped with two linkage relays, which can intelligently start connected extended control equipment such as dust removal fog cannons and automatic sprinkler systems according to the real-time monitored PM2.5 and PM10 concentration data. When the monitored concentration of PM2.5 or PM10 exceeds the preset threshold, the system will automatically trigger the linkage mechanism and quickly start the sprinkler or fog cannon equipment to reduce dust at the construction site. This realizes the seamless connection from dust monitoring to pollution control, and significantly improves the efficiency and accuracy of dust control through intelligent control.
