The Online Dust Monitoring System integrates various environmental monitoring sensors for PM2.5, PM10, noise, wind speed, wind direction, and air temperature & humidity. It enables real-time collection and transmission of a wide range of environmental data. According to customers' specific needs, the system can synchronously display the collected real-time data on on-site LED screens, the platform’s PC terminal, and mobile terminals. This allows managers to remotely grasp on-site environmental data in real time without being present at the site, and make corresponding decisions promptly. The system not only effectively improves the response efficiency of on-site environmental management at construction sites but also achieves accurate environmental monitoring, providing solid support for environmental pollution prevention and control work.
The system has a number of practical functions.
First is the outdoor LED display function: The system can be directly connected to the LED screen, intuitively presenting the monitored real-time data on-site, so that on-site personnel can understand the environmental situation in the first place.
Second is the dust and noise monitoring function: It can automatically conduct continuous monitoring of noise, PM10, PM2.5, or TSP (Total Suspended Particulates) without manual intervention, ensuring the continuity and stability of data collection.
Third is the monitoring data analysis function: It can conduct statistical analysis on historical monitoring data of noise and dust. By sorting out the laws of data changes, it provides data support for the subsequent formulation of environmental management strategies.
Fourth is the video recording and evidence collection function: During the real-time monitoring of noise and dust signals, if the data exceeds the standard limit, the system will automatically trigger the video capture function to save relevant images, providing evidence for subsequent traceability of the source and problem handling.
Fifth is the meteorological parameter expansion function: In addition to the core dust and noise monitoring, it can also monitor meteorological parameters such as wind speed, wind direction, temperature, humidity, and atmospheric pressure. These parameters can serve as auxiliary references, providing comprehensive support for in-depth post-analysis of monitoring data and helping to more accurately determine the causes of environmental changes.
Sixth is the intelligent linkage control function: The system can be connected to control equipment such as dust suppression cannons and automatic sprinkler systems. When the monitored dust data exceeds the standard, it will automatically start these dust suppression equipment, building an integrated solution from environmental monitoring and real-time supervision to active governance, and further improving the efficiency and effect of environmental management.
