Dust Monitoring Equipment is a specialized system for monitoring and law enforcement of dust and noise environments in scenarios such as construction engineering, road construction, demolition construction, and stockpiling yards. The system consists of a data collector, sensors, a video monitoring system, a wireless transmission system, a back-end data processing system, and an information monitoring management platform. The monitoring sub-station integrates functions such as atmospheric PM2.5 and PM10 monitoring, environmental temperature and humidity monitoring, wind speed and direction monitoring, and noise monitoring. It can also be equipped with optional modules such as video monitoring, video capture for pollutant over-limit, and toxic and harmful gas monitoring according to needs. Through sensor technology, the monitor can real-time and accurately collect data on the concentration of dust particles in the air and upload it to the supporting data platform through the data transmission system.
The data platform is based on an internet architecture and has functions such as real-time monitoring, alarm processing, data recording, query, statistics, and report output. When the monitoring data shows that the dust concentration exceeds the preset threshold, the system immediately issues an alarm to notify relevant personnel for timely handling.
The spray linkage function is a key advantage of Dust Monitoring Equipment. After the monitor detects that the dust concentration exceeds the standard, it sends a signal to the connected spray system, which is then activated to reduce the dust concentration in the air by spraying water mist. This linkage mechanism enables rapid response between monitoring and governance, effectively improving dust reduction efficiency. Take a construction site as an example: during operations prone to dust generation, such as earthwork excavation and material transportation, the monitor can promptly capture changes in dust concentration and trigger the spray system for dust reduction, preventing dust from spreading.
The intelligent dust reduction system based on Dust Monitoring Equipment and spray linkage can automatically adjust the spraying intensity and range of the spray system according to the dust concentration, ensuring effective dust reduction while avoiding water waste.
