Effective Measures for Construction Site Dust Control with Online dust Monitoring system
Article source:Weather station time:2024-12-02 09:36:52 viewed:171times
Dust control on construction sites is a crucial part of "protecting the blue sky and controlling dust".
Before construction, make a reasonable plan for site selection and layout. Keep the sources of dust such as mixing stations away from environmentally sensitive areas like residential areas. Set up continuous enclosures with anti-overflow bases at the bottom around the site, and the height is generally 2.5 meters or more to initially block the spread of dust.
During the construction process, when carrying out earthwork operations, use sprinkler trucks or fog cannon machines for wet work. Sprinkle water in time to keep the soil moist for each excavated layer. Cover the earthwork that is not transported immediately with dust-proof nets. For building materials, store powdery materials in closed containers. Classify and store other materials in dedicated areas. Transport construction waste in a timely manner using closed transport vehicles. The vehicles need to be thoroughly washed by washing facilities when entering and leaving the construction site and drive at a limited speed within the site. At the same time, promote processes such as prefabricated components to reduce on-site dust generation and use green and environmentally friendly materials.
The Online dust Monitoring system plays a vital role in this. This system usually consists of high-precision sensors, data collectors, transmission modules and an intelligent analysis platform. The sensors can accurately sense information such as the concentration of particulate matter in the air (such as PM2.5, PM10), meteorological parameters (such as wind speed, wind direction, temperature, humidity). The data collector will collect the data from the sensors in real time and quickly transmit the data to the intelligent analysis platform through transmission modules (such as GPRS, 4G or wired network).
On the intelligent analysis platform, it can not only display the real-time change curves and reports of various data intuitively but also make intelligent judgments based on the preset dust concentration thresholds. Once the dust concentration exceeds the standard, the system will immediately issue an alarm. The alarm methods include on-site sound and light alarms, sending text messages to construction management personnel, and pushing notifications on mobile apps. After receiving the alarm, the management personnel can adjust the dust suppression measures in a timely manner, such as increasing the frequency of sprinkling water, suspending operations that are prone to generating dust, to ensure that the dust is always under control.
After the construction is completed, clean the site and level the land in a timely manner. Green the exposed land by planting lawns, flowers and other vegetation to stabilize the soil for a long time and prevent dust from being generated again. Through this series of comprehensive control measures from before to after construction and with the accurate monitoring of the Online dust Monitoring system, the dust pollution on construction sites can be effectively reduced, contributing to the battle for a blue sky in the city.
