Fengtu's Dust detector FT-YC02 is a device dedicated to the monitoring of dust concentration, which can measure the particulate matter concentration in the air in real time, including key indicators such as PM10 and PM2.5. The device uses a high-precision sensor based on the principle of laser scattering. The measurement range of PM10 and PM2.5 is 0-10mg/m³, and the accuracy can reach ±10%.
This device not only monitors the dust concentration but also integrates meteorological parameters, such as wind speed, wind direction, temperature, and humidity, etc., providing comprehensive support for the comprehensive analysis of the causes of dust generation and the diffusion trend. Through the GPRS or 4G network, the monitoring data can be transmitted to the cloud platform or the monitoring center in real time. Users can view the real-time data and historical data through a computer or mobile phone terminal anytime and anywhere, and generate reports and curves, which is convenient for the analysis and management of dust pollution.
The device has an audible and visual alarm function, and users can set the alarm threshold of the dust concentration. When the monitored data exceeds the set range, the device will automatically send out audible and visual alarm signals to remind the on-site personnel to take dust reduction measures and send alarm information to the relevant person in charge. The FT-YC02 also supports linkage with dust reduction equipment such as the sprinkler system and fog cannon machine at the construction site. When the dust concentration exceeds the standard, the device can automatically start the dust reduction device, effectively reducing dust pollution.
In terms of installation, the FT-YC02 is compact in design and convenient to install. According to the actual situation of the construction site, a fixed or mobile installation method can be selected, and it can be quickly put into use to meet the monitoring needs of different scenarios.
