The Dust detector constructs an efficient prevention and control system for dust pollution through three core functions: online monitoring, networking, and linkage.
Online monitoring is the basic function of the Dust detector. This system is deployed in areas prone to dust generation such as construction sites and mine mining areas. It uses high-precision sensors to collect real-time data on the concentrations of dust particles in the air, such as PM2.5 and PM10. At the same time, it monitors environmental parameters such as temperature, humidity, wind speed, and wind direction. The data collection frequency can reach the minute level, ensuring timely data updates and enabling managers to keep track of the dust pollution situation in the area at any time.
The networking function enables the sharing and interaction of data. The dust detectors in various regions transmit the monitored data in real-time to the cloud server or the monitoring center platform through 4G, 5G, or wireless networks. Managers at different departments and levels, as long as they are authorized, can remotely view the data of each monitoring point through terminal devices such as computers and mobile phones. This networking mode breaks down the information silos, facilitating cross-regional and cross-departmental collaborative management and improving the supervision efficiency.
The linkage function endows the system with the ability of active prevention and control. When the monitored data exceeds the preset threshold, the Dust detector will automatically trigger the linkage mechanism. For example, it can be linked with the on-site spray dust suppression equipment to start the spraying device for dust suppression operations; or it can be linked with the construction site access control system to restrict the entry and exit of vehicles that have not taken dust prevention measures. The system can also send early warning messages to relevant responsible persons, reminding them to take manual intervention measures in a timely manner, achieving a rapid response and effective control of dust pollution.
Through the coordinated operation of the three functions of online monitoring, networking, and linkage, the Dust detector realizes the whole-process management of dust pollution, from real-time monitoring and data sharing to active prevention and control, providing powerful technical support for improving air quality and promoting the construction of ecological civilization.
