The FT-EC09A Odor Online Monitor achieves one-stop precise monitoring of 11 malodorous pollutants, providing strong support for the prevention and control of odor pollution.
This system can simultaneously monitor 11 pollutants specified in the GB14554 standard, including odor concentration (OU value), ammonia, styrene, hydrogen sulfide, VOCs, trimethylamine, methyl sulfide, methanethiol, C₂H₆S₂, carbon disulfide, etc. Whether it is industrial waste gas emissions or odors generated by waste treatment plants, livestock farms, and other sites, none can escape its "watchful eye."
The monitoring system is composed of a hybrid array of multiple sensors, including metal oxide sensors, PID photoionization detectors, electrochemical sensors, and ETO sensors. Each sensor can not only be individually plugged and unplugged but also individually calibrated and replaced. On-site calibration of the equipment can be easily completed without returning it to the laboratory, greatly improving maintenance convenience. Additionally, when using a multi-sensor array layout, a working analysis curve consistent with manual olfactometry methods is established to simulate the human olfactory system, making the monitoring results more consistent with actual perceptions.
The system uses a 7-inch true color liquid crystal touch screen to intuitively display all real-time monitoring data and system operating status. It can also present historical concentration curves, clearly showing data changes and component proportions in chart form, facilitating real-time data analysis and helping relevant personnel quickly make event judgments. With built-in parameter setting functions and a sensor pre-maintenance function, it can timely remind users to maintain the sensors, ensuring stable system operation. The data recording capacity is at least 1,000,000 entries, and it has a built-in database supporting USB data copying. Furthermore, the analyzer is easy to upgrade, with firmware upgrades achievable via USB flash drive, and the system supports remote one-click upgrades and parameter configuration modifications.
Based on a powerful hardware platform, the system uses a deeply customized JYun operating system and supports multiple communication methods such as GPRS, RJ45, ZigBee, LoRa, WIFI, and NB-IoT. Data can be transmitted via 4G wireless or wired RS485, and users can optionally view monitoring data in real time through a computer web page or mobile APP. It can support direct uploads to up to 3 platforms and is compatible with the HJ212-2017 network protocol for connection to data management platforms. The system software has a range of practical functions, including direct data transmission, data storage, statistical analysis, over-limit alarms, and point location editing.
Moreover, the system has a complete filtering function to effectively filter insects, large particles, dust, water vapor, etc., reducing interference from oil vapor, water vapor, dust, and other substances in the sample gas. With a waterproof rating of IP53 or higher, it can be safely used in outdoor environments, ensuring precise monitoring of 11 malodorous pollutants in complex conditions.
