The Online dust Monitoring system consists of two parts: the field monitoring device and the environmental monitoring cloud platform. The field device is equipped with multiple sensors, which can real-time collect data such as PM2.5/PM10 concentration, noise, wind speed/direction, temperature/humidity, and atmospheric pressure, reflecting the on-site environmental conditions of construction sites.

Environmental Monitoring Cloud Platform

The cloud platform is responsible for receiving and processing data transmitted from the field monitoring device. Leveraging IoT technology, it converts raw data into intuitive charts and curves for easy viewing by managers. Through devices like computers and mobile phones, managers can remotely and real-time monitor the construction site environment.

Spraying Linkage Mechanism

When the Online dust Monitoring system detects that PM2.5/PM10 concentrations exceed the set standards, it immediately transmits data to the cloud platform. The platform issues activation commands to the spraying system according to pre-set linkage rules:

Enclosure Spraying Units start first, forming a water curtain on the enclosure surface to block dust diffusion effectively.

Fog Cannon Machines launch water mist into the air using strong winds to suppress dust over a large area.

Intelligent High-pressure Fog Piles atomize water through high-pressure pumps, rotating 360° to precisely control local dust.

The system adjusts the switching and spraying intensity of devices based on real-time dust concentrations:

Automatically shuts down when dust levels are low to avoid water waste.

Quickly activates when standards are exceeded, improving dust suppression efficiency by targeting pollution peaks.
