Dust Monitoring Equipment is an all-weather particulate matter monitoring device suitable for urban outdoor environments. It has a comprehensive composition, including particulate matter monitoring devices, video acquisition terminals, noise and meteorological monitoring components, and wireless transmission units. This set of instruments has strong automatic operation capabilities. Even in an unattended state, it can accurately monitor dust emission data and realize data transmission through various methods such as GPRS, 3G/4G mobile public networks, and dedicated line networks.
The instrument has many advantages. It can simultaneously monitor a variety of particulate matter emission data, including the concentrations and particle size distributions of PM2.5, PM10, and TSP. Combined with on-site meteorological parameters such as wind speed, wind direction, temperature, and humidity, by analyzing dust concentration and particle size data, it can predict the diffusion range of dust and the possible affected areas, thereby providing strong decision support for environmental protection departments in carrying out emergency linkage command work. It can be used with a variety of software platforms, whether it is a dust online monitoring platform, an air pollution prevention and control grid platform, or an ecological and environmental protection dispatch command center, all of which are compatible with it, facilitating relevant personnel to view various monitored values in real-time.
The instrument is equipped with a high-definition camera and a high-speed pan-tilt. Through these devices, functions such as on-site alarm capture, real-time video transmission, and storage can be realized by calling the platform. These recorded contents can provide a solid basis for subsequent law enforcement verification. In terms of structural design, it adopts an original design, reserves a variety of industrial interfaces, and the device itself is designed to be dust-proof, waterproof, and lightning-proof, making it very suitable for outdoor installation and use. It can also be connected to dust removal equipment. When the dust concentration reaches a set value, the dust removal equipment will be automatically turned on to play a role in timely dust reduction.
Moreover, the device has a built-in data storage function with a storage module that can store monitoring data for up to 1 year, facilitating subsequent data query and analysis. The power supply method is also flexible: it can either use municipal 220V power supply or solar 12V power supply. When using solar power supply, no external power supply is needed, and it can work continuously for no less than 480 hours, meeting the power supply needs of different scenarios.
