A dust detector is capable of real-time processing and transmission of data collected by various environmental monitoring sensors. These sensors can monitor key environmental indicators including PM2.5, PM10, noise, wind speed, wind direction, and air temperature and humidity. The collected data is synchronously displayed on the on-site LED screen, platform PC terminal, and mobile terminal according to the actual needs of customers. This allows managers to remotely and real-time grasp the on-site environmental data without being present at the construction site, thereby formulating and implementing relevant management decisions in a timely manner.
Through this system, the response efficiency of on-site construction environment management is significantly improved, and precise environmental monitoring is realized, providing solid support for environmental pollution prevention and control work.
Its 6 core functions are as follows:
Outdoor LED Display: Directly connected to the on-site LED screen, it displays various monitoring data in real time, allowing on-site personnel to intuitively grasp the current environmental conditions.
Automatic Dust and Noise Monitoring: No manual intervention is required; it automatically and continuously monitors noise, PM10, PM2.5, or TSP indicators to stably obtain key pollution data.
Historical Data Analysis: Conducts statistical analysis on historical monitoring data of noise and dust, providing data references for subsequent optimization of environmental management strategies.
Video Evidence Collection for Exceeding Standards: Monitors noise and dust signals in real time. Once the data exceeds the standard, it automatically triggers the video photography function to retain on-site images, providing effective evidence for environmental supervision.
Extended Monitoring of Meteorological Parameters: Synchronously monitors meteorological parameters such as wind speed, wind direction, temperature, humidity, and atmospheric pressure, providing basic parameters for analyzing the correlation between dust/noise data and meteorological conditions.
Intelligent Linked Governance: Can be connected to equipment such as dust-suppression fog cannons and automatic sprinkler systems. When excessive dust is detected, it automatically activates dust-suppression equipment, forming an integrated solution of "monitoring - supervision - governance" to further improve the efficiency and effect of on-site environment management.
