Cleanrooms are widely used in industries such as electronics, pharmaceuticals, and food. The cleanliness of the cleanroom directly affects product quality and even relates to production safety; therefore, ensuring cleanliness is one of the core tasks. To maintain the cleanliness of a cleanroom, multiple measures must be taken:
Before entering the cleanroom, personnel must go through procedures such as changing clothes, washing hands, and air showering, aiming to remove dust adhering to their bodies.
When materials need to enter the cleanroom, they must also undergo cleaning and disinfection, and then be transported through a pass-through box to prevent impurities from being brought in.

In the entire cleanliness assurance work, dust particles are the most core monitoring indicator — the number and particle size of dust particles in the air can directly reflect the cleanliness level of the cleanroom.
