Industrial-Grade Dust Detector System for Real-Time Construction Site Dust Monitoring and Intelligent Control

FengTu has launched a Dust detector, an industrial-grade air quality monitoring device connected to a cloud environmental monitoring platform, mainly used for real-time monitoring and control of dust pollution on construction sites. The calibration temperature range of the system's working environment is -40~70℃, and the humidity range is 0-100%RH.
The system can achieve real-time, automatic, continuous, and remote monitoring of PM2.5, PM10, TSP, sound, temperature, humidity, wind speed, wind direction, wind force, air pressure, etc. Its working principle is to collect environmental parameter data through sensors, with a data collection frequency of no higher than 60 seconds and a transmission efficiency of over 99%. The system can store data, support offline data export for one year. In terms of data transmission, it can upload data in real time or at regular intervals. It also supports automatic data download to the cloud platform and cloud platform data export, and the data download and export process does not affect the real-time monitoring function.
The system uses a 4G network to transmit the collected data to the monitoring platform. After the platform stores, processes, analyzes, and collates the monitoring data, it converts the results into detailed data and chart information, which are displayed in real time on the cloud background and the LED display screen equipped with the terminal.
The system can also statistically analyze the historical monitoring data of noise and dust, and has many advantages such as real-time performance, accuracy, intelligence, and convenience. It can timely detect abnormal situations, improve response speed, enhance dust monitoring accuracy, reduce errors, and save manpower and material resources.
Dust detector is equipped with two-way linkage relays, which can intelligently start extended control equipment such as dust removal fog cannons and automatic sprinkling systems according to the real-time monitored PM2.5 and PM10 concentration data. When the monitored PM2.5 or PM10 concentration exceeds the preset threshold, the system automatically triggers the linkage mechanism to quickly start the sprinkling or fog cannon equipment for dust reduction treatment at the construction site. The entire process realizes a seamless connection from dust monitoring to pollution control, and improves the efficiency and accuracy of dust control through intelligent control.
